Finding the elusive "quality information" is what makes the job of an
instructional designer partly an art form. We know how to and can explain
chunking, applying instructional strategies, using Socratic dialog, etc.
But that determination of "quality information" is related to that part of
us that can see/feel the the 'big picture", the results needed. And after
that, then putting ourselves into the learner's place and viewing the
information from that perspective.
