I've been 'listening' to IFETS for more than three months now. I have found the discussions and the summaries very interesting and have cut and paste various points of view in a file of my own. Great place IFETS!!

However, my interest is now clearer. I am going to focus on "how to build and sustain very small communities - 6 to 15 people - who know each other and would benefit from the support and challenge of their colleagues, if skilfully facilitated".
I haven't heard anything on that, does anyone have any experience on very small groups, and their facilitation to help mutual support and challenge (either in an action learning or self-managed learning context, or even outside this context) ??
I am also trying hard to find a suitable freeware that will support both discussions, and the possibility to comment on each others work. I have found e-groups, but is there anything that will allow more flexibility, eventually to make it look like my own 'place' (logo, etc.)???
Any kind of help, I will be very grateful for.
Thank you in anticipation.

Dorin
