Hi,
Let me just push on the current discussion.
With Michael Cenkner's methodology and the concern about the lack of role
play simulation activities (as suggested by Deirdre Bonnycastle) in mind, I
suggest we explore into the designing task and seek sharing people's
experience in designing role play simulation activities:
Michael's configuration phase consists of 5 elements:
1. Identify stakeholders.
2. Identify issues.
3. Identify desired outcomes
4. Create scenario, and
5. Establish parameters.
I have a design document (in word format, approximate 20+ pages) which
identified similar steps. Since this discussion forum does not support
attachment, interested people please contact me directly (albert@DLS.au.com)
and I'll send the document to you.
I would like to invite people sharing their experience in designing role
play activities at this stage. Of course, continual discussion of the
current threads is welcome too!
cheers
Albert
