sorry for my late reply
I am also passionate about creative/experiential/collaborative learning also about the development of cognite skills.
I am working for a state department for educational research and training and at present we are carrying out studies about:
1-creation of teaching modulea also on line for adult learners
2 -certification of acquired competence, valid for both job and school career
3 -training teachers to be active listeners and better communicators, to diminish learners'fear and anxiety
4 - cooperative learning and web communication as vital resources for ODL
