I just wanted to say the FirstClass is the least of my problems - once
students understand it, and the learning curve for complete novices is
steep, it does a pretty good job. I was commenting more generally about
stuff including unreliable ISPs, general Windows 'issues', hardware
problems, device drivers etc.
